Financial Assistance
In the event that an individual or family wishes to request a reduction in membership dues, a confidential Financial Assistance Application must be completed. Applications are available at the JCC reception desk, and must be filled out completely and according to the instructions. Applications should be marked "confidential" and returned to Ilene Madwed, Managing Director, Membership Services.

General Membership Information

Membership Cards
Membership cards provide access to the facility, and are needed for admittance to the fitness facilities and recreation programs. Membership cards must be presented when registering for a class or when bringing in a guest. You must carry your JCC card at all times. Membership cards are not transferable, and a $5 fee will be charged for replacing lost cards.

Guest Policy
Guests of members are welcome at the JCC. Each guest may visit up to five times in a 12-month period. A member must accompany all guests. Guest passes may be purchased at the reception desk. In observance of Shabbat, guest passes will not be sold on Saturday. Passes for Saturday usage can be purchased during the week. $10 adults, $5 children/teens (up to age 18). Family maximum $25.

Shabbat
The JCC encourages its members to use the Sabbath for rest, relaxation and family interaction. The JCC is open on Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. from September through June, however our business and membership offices are closed.

Kashrut
Non-kosher food may not be brought into the JCC. Kosher food is available for purchase at the café, which is located in the Center lobby.

Holidays
In observance of Jewish and other holidays, the JCC has special hours of operation that vary from regular hours. You will be notified of any schedule changes.

Smoking
The entire JCC campus is a smoke-free environment.

Safety Policy
The JCC reserves the right to exclude or remove any person from the JCC or its programs for any violation of our rules and regulations or for jeopardizing the safety and well being of other individuals.

Drop-In Use of Rooms by Members of the Jewish Community Center
Rooms are available for drop-in use by JCC members only, subject to availability. No group may have exclusive use of the room during drop-in hours. Children in grade 5 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Please keep rooms clean and orderly. Room availability is subject to JCC programming. There will be no diaper changing in any JCC room. Please use the women's and men's rooms. Please dispose of diapers in sealed plastic bags and place in bathroom garbage pails.

Room Rentals
Rooms at the JCC may be available to rent on an hourly basis for parties, meetings, etc. Please call Faith Gauntlett at 498-0947 for more information.

Refund Policy
Refunds for classes will be given according to the following schedule:
• 2 weeks or more prior to first class 100%
• 1 day or more prior to first class 50%
There is a $10 processing fee for refunds. Requests for refunds must be made in writing. No refunds will be given after the first class. There are no refunds given for special events or programs other than regular classes.

Non-Member Registration Fee
A non-member registration fee of $20 per person per semester is required for each individual registering for activities open to non-members. This fee must accompany your registration form. The $20 semester registration fee entitles you to enroll in as many non-member classes as you like during the semester.
