BODYPUMP™ Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is the 60-minute group barbell class that can truly strengthen and shape your body. Using the best weight-room exercises, BODYPUMP challenges all of your major muscle groups. BODYPUMP combines great music, awesome instructors, and a bit of fitness magic to inspire you to get results!
Like all Les Mills programs a new BODYPUMP class is released every three months with new music and new choreography.

BODYVIVE™ From the folks who brought you BODYPUMP comes BODYVIVE, the low-impact group fitness workout that delivers real fitness results. BODYVIVE offers the core benefits of all the Les Mills programs, including an enjoyable, motivating group fitness experience.
What will bodyVIVETM do for me? BODYVIVE lets you choose just how hard you work. Using balls, tubes and optional hand weights you're taken step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, while moving to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated.
Who's it for? BODYVIVE is a great entry-level program for anyone seeking the motivation and benefits of group exercise that delivers results. It's especially suited to active adults in their 40s, 50s and 60s, people of all ages who are new or returning to exercise, and pre-natal and post-natal mothers.
What Do I Need to Bring? Bring water and a towel. Wear comfortable clothing - a T-shirt and track-pants are fine! Turn up with the desire to get active and have some fun. Bringing a friend is highly recommended!
How fit do I need to be to do BODYVIVE? First-timers do not need to be fit - just physically active and able to move freely.
How often should people do BODYVIVE? There is no prescribed frequency. Les Mills suggests three times a week, in conjunction with other physical activities.
What type of music is used and why? BODYVIVE is choreographed mostly to popular, mainstream music from the 60s, 70s, 80's, 90's and today! The music is fun familiar. Like all Les Mills programs a new BODYVIVE class is released every three months with new music and new choreography.
