Personal Training The JCC has talented trainers who will tailor a fitness program just for you. JCC members can choose several training options, with programs that may include toning, endurance, muscle building, cardiovascular endurance, etc. Each personal training package includes a goal-setting session and assessment of current body composition. Each of our trainers has nationally recognized certification. Your trainer has the knowledge and experience to design a program suitable for your goals and needs. Sessions are by appointment only. Due to insurance regulations members may not bring their own trainers to the Fitness Center. For further information or to make an appointment, please call 487-0984.
Private Personal Training Rates (1 person) Single session (60 minutes): $60 5-session package: $285 ($57 per session) 10-session package: $550 ($55 per session) Single session (30 minutes): $35 5-session package: $165 ($33 per session) 10-session package: $300 ($30 per session)
Semi-Private Personal Training Rates (2 people) Single session (60 minutes): $90 ($45 per person) 5-session package: $430 ($43 per person, per session) 10-session package: $800 ($40 per person, per session)
Small Group Training Rates (3 or 4 people) Minimum 5 sessions. Restrictions apply. Please contact Jenn Kidd at 487-0984 or jkidd@stamfordjcc.org to form your group.
5-session package w/ 3 people: $175 ($35 per person, per session), larger packages can be arranged.
5-session package w/ 4 people: $150 ($30 per person, per session), larger packages can be arranged.
Please note: all sessions must be paid in advance. Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase. All sessions are nontransferable and non-refundable. Cancellation of private personal training sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the session will have to be paid for. Different fee schedules may apply for contract trainers.
